We can also accept faxes [03] 9785-1511. We generally send orders out the same day; out of stock items may be delayed, but we will always notify our customers.

Our Office/Showroom hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

10.00am to 4.00pm Saturday (SHOWROOM ONLY).

Closed Sunday.

We invite after-hours orders to be left on our answering machine. These orders will be processed promptly the following morning.

We offer a FREE Home Delivery Service in the Melbourne Metropolitan Area *(Conditions Apply) and we also deliver to regional Victoria and other states. (Delivery Charges do apply).

*To receive Free Delivery in the Melbourne Metropolitan Area, you need to purchase 2 or more cartons to receive Free Delivery. Please Note: Melbourne Metro Area is determined by the Courier Service we use. If you are not sure if you fall within the Melbourne Metro Area please feel free to contact us and we can check on this for you.

Deliveries are made between 3.30 am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday only (Not on Weekends).

Please note COD may be available in your area but if payment is not received on delivery, the driver is not obliged to leave any goods. If re-delivery is required a surcharge of $5.00 will be applied. Charges may apply for exchanging bags due to wrong choice of product.
